The Singapore Sling is a cocktail that arrives at the table and immediately lifts the mood. Vivid pink, sweet, tart, and layered with flavour - it's a drink with genuine personality. Our All Day Gin's citrus brightness is right at home here, playing beautifully against the cherry brandy and pineapple juice while the Angostura bitters add just enough edge to keep things interesting.
It's a classic for a reason. Make one on a warm evening and you'll understand why.
INGREDIENTS
45 ml All Day Gin
15 ml Cherry Brandy
10 ml Triple Sec
10 ml Benedictine
50 ml pineapple juice
15 ml lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Grenadine syrup to taste
Soda water to top up glass
Garnish: orange slice + Cherry
METHOD
Add into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with the club soda.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
