Ingredients: 45 ml All Day Gin; 15 ml Cherry Brandy; 10 ml Triple Sec; 10 ml Benedictine; 50 ml pineapple juice; 15 ml lime juice; 2 dashes Angostura bitters; Grenadine syrup to taste; Soda water to top up glass; Garnish: orange slice + Cherry

The Singapore Sling is a classic gin-based cocktail known for its vibrant pink colour, sweet and tart flavour profile, and refreshing taste.

INGREDIENTS

45 ml All Day Gin
15 ml Cherry Brandy
10 ml Triple Sec
10 ml Benedictine
50 ml pineapple juice
15 ml lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Grenadine syrup to taste
Soda water to top up glass

Garnish: orange slice + Cherry

METHOD

Add into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with the club soda.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
