Spirit-forward, cold, and quietly sophisticated, it strips everything back to let the gin speak. And our London Dry has plenty to say. Juniper up front, a whisper of citrus on the nose, and that familiar warmth that lingers long after the glass is empty. The dry vermouth softens the edges just enough without stealing the show.
Stir it slowly. Pour it carefully. Savour every single sip.
INGREDIENTS
60 ml London Dry gin
15 ml dry vermouth
Garnish: Lemon Twist
METHOD
Add the gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir smoothly for 30–45 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
